The Regional Operational Program is a development document for the general framework of development by which the projects and its appropriate priorities are estimated, but eventually they need to change and adapt to changes in the environment  and the County; thus, contributing to better solutions for key development issues of the County. Therefore, it is determined that the obligation of the revision of the ROP every two years.
