Developing and continually raising the capacity of the public sector is a condition for sustainable development regionally. Accordingly, training of employees in public institutions is one of our priorities.

On an annual basis, we organise various seminars, information days and educational events, whose topics are tailored to the needs of local governments.

Furthermore, we can arrange special training services for individual employees, which is  known as „job shadowing“.  As part of the service, a company can send their employees to our agency, where they will be involved in the regular activities AZRA, depending on their needs and desires. In this way, your employees acquire new firsthand knowledge concerning the sectors and areas of expertise in which the Agency is active.
