AZRA currently consists of two departments:
The work of each of these departments is organized so that their tasks and activities are complementary and not mutually exclusive. This ensures efficient use of AZRA's other resources on a daily basis.
Project department
Project activities of this department are organized in a way to improve the social and economic development of northwest Croatia. The main tasks of the Project Department are:
The project cycle follows the project from the initial idea through to its completion. It provides a framework which ensures consultation with all stakeholders and defines the key decisions, information requirements and responsibilities at each phase so that during the project it is possible to make appropriate decisions. The project cycle consists of six phases: programming, identification, formulation, financing, implementation and evaluation.
